I would write an elaborate review of how well the app works and the great customer service from being so polite, happy, quick, and helpful, but anyone that has used Zappos knows this already. Never wrote a review of the App Store until now. Felt obliged to A++ thanks for all the help.

Shoe shopping has never been the same since Zappos appeared. That being said, I wish the ap would let me pay with my Amazon account, or Paypal.

Love the app/site everything about zappos!

Zappos is awesome as usual, but maybe because I was using a tablet ( iPad) instead of my usual laptop (Mac) or iPhone the purchase process seemed a bit cumbersome and not as speedy/seamless as usual. I had to reenter cc info, and changing my shipping address for this purchase required reentering all info, not my typical Zappos VIP experience. I could not find a way to compare features of the running shoes I was looking at. I guess the iPad app isnt as good as the others? Hopefully the shoes I bought will make it all worthwhile!

Zappos is fantastic. I am always pleased and they are so easy to work with. I am a big fan of the very fast, free shipping. I dont shop certain online stores because I hate paying for shipping. Two thumbs up, Zappos.
