Simple and easy to use. Love the search and how you can narrow down what your looking for. First time user but will be coming back for more.

A gift and a curse … to have such a great app at your fingertips. Ive never experienced a problem with any of the available features.

My favorite ecommerce app. One thats worth having on my phone. The suggestion I have is on the search pages. Adding one more view that shows the product image one at a time and larger. The list and grid views are useful but one where the image is larger would be much more useful esp on the iPhone plus screens.

Another bonus-- you can import shipping addresses from your phones contacts. Fast, easy, nice to look at, and saves you money... and no, thats not a tinder profile!

My greatest fear is always filling everything out at checkout. I was really happy to see that you could check out with Apple Pay. Literally chocked that, checked info, and gave it all the ok. I got free next day shipping too! Amazing!!

Zappos itself is wonderful and this is one of the absolute best apps out there from a retailer. Everything is quick and efficient. You can search and filter with ease and I love the little flying squirrel that adds the items to your cart. They really took the time to make this app really customized and work extremely well for the customer. Other retailers should take note. If every retailer had an app like this I would probably end up doing all my shopping from my iPhone 5!
