The app does not work right now. While they are my preferred shoe shop due to the large range of wide width shoes, you can only use a computer to shop the site. I will happily change the review if the app is fixed to work again.

Amazon now requiring prime to get decent shipping turnaround. Shipping now takes forever and delivery is inconsistent. So they’ve lost my business.
They will reject your review unless it's a paid for review. I left many good reviews on products but none of them are accepted. Makes me question the "accepted" reviews. Possibly paid for, perhaps?
I was informed I had an account so I tried to reset the password and still haven’t got the reset email, I don’t know why I can’t reset the password, I get email from their marketing team and saying stuff is still in my cart I haven’t bought but sending me a reset email password is evidently out of the question, entire process is ridiculous, frustrating and impossible to sort out, I’ve tried calling, emailing, I can’t chat because I can’t login to chat
I love the huge amount of choices and the free shipping and free return shipping! A great way to shop for shoes since I have a narrow heel.

I only have good things to say about Zappos! Zappos carries those hard to find shoes sizes. I have a long and narrow foot; which makes buying shoes difficult. When necessary, my exchanges and returns have been simple and fast; without any issues. Zappos has always been a great source, for me.

Zappos is great in letting me try shoes at home wear them around the house and choose. So often store bought feel great at first , then in a few days they don’t. Thanks for allowing me to bring the shoe store to myself and my husband.
It’s really shocking how poorly designed the Zappos iOS/iPadOS app is to use. It’s as if the app designers have never shopped used other apps. Zappos is a well known company (and know tied with Amazon), so it should have the resources. Yet, I feel like I’m using an app that’s forcing a crappy website feed into a mobile app. It’s bad enough that I try my best to NOT USE THE app in-lieu of going to the actual website…even on a mobile device which isn’t much better. It’s 2024, so when I come across a badly designed mobile app I’m totally taken aback. I’m sure the user data they have access to would show that the large majority of their sales are coming from mobile devices. Make the user experience better and even more traffic will come through the app.
When Amazon first bought Zappos I was not thrilled with the new shipping methods but it appears as though they are back to next day shipping. Awesome customer service is what keeps me coming back. The videos are a invaluable tool for making a selection.

I received a coupon via email for $20 off $150 so I decided to go ahead and purchase 3 pair of shoes that I have had my eye on for some time. However, after getting three error messages I was unable to get the discount. I went ahead and ordered the shoes, but I am highly disappointed.

I was prompted to download the app and buy for the first time and they I would receive 10% off. When I put the code it in said it didn’t pertain to my order. This is wrong on so many levels. I will be deleting the app and not buying from you anymore after this order.

As a first time customer with a gift card in hand, it was very difficult to know where to start to redeem card. Customer service rep located in the Caribbean was very difficult to understand and wasn’t particularly Customer friendly. This should be easier.

Love Zappos. They have a great selection but more importantly the BEST customer service. Example: several years ago, my then 6 year old grandson came to visit us after Christmas in Chicago from Baton Rouge. I asked my daughter his shoe size so I could get him some snow boots. Unfortunately they were too small. Zappos shipped a larger size which got there the next day. We got to have fun playing in the snow.

The Zappos app used to be one of the best, but now the images are slow to load and the product descriptions are useless. I don’t care about a company’s over exaggerated sustainability optics; I want to know how the shoe is going to perform.

Referred problem but the person I spoke to could not resolve the problem. My regular account shows shoes pending that are unavailable and it cannot be removed my me or by customer service. I had to use your app to order, but I cannot use your website or get reward money that I should be able to use for orders ?

Been a Zappos member for years & they have always exceeded my expectations with world class customer service. Never have I felt more appreciated and taken care of as a customer. I do wish there was a wider selection of shoes such as new trendy sneakers such as New Balance 1906 & other modern designer brands such as Marni or Alexander McQueen for men’s .
It would be a nice touch to integrate Apple Pay into the app, but I still give Zappos 5-stars.
Choices and the ability to try on and find the correct pair. I often keep more than I plan too!
I’ve been a Zappos shopper for many years. I have never had a bad experience, in fact I have had so many better than expected experiences that I cannot count how many. The service is top notch from the website, to the shipping, to the ease of returns, and the customer service, if you ever need it, is comparable to none.
